Since its launch last year, The Body Camp has been making waves both on the island of Ibiza and off thanks to its novel take on the classic fitness retreat, which combines lush surroundings with a holistic approach to wellness, delicious plant-based, alkaline food and heaps of fun. Founded by Kate Whale, who has helped over 20,000 people to reach both their mental and physical goals since retraining in nutrition and life coaching, The Body Camp has received rave reviews from both media and celebrities alike.
