Heartechfest celebrates Living Water & Soil Day at Bibo Park Ibiza

Heartechfest 2024 Bibo Park Ibiza

Whether you are blessed to live in the Balearic Islands year-round or you have been visiting Ibiza and Formentera for many years, those who have got to know the islands beyond their touristic attractions are aware of the close connection between sea, soil, sky and human existence.

To celebrate organic living in a close and conscious connection to nature, heARTechfest and Ibiza Tech Forum, together with friends and partners, are inviting ecologically-minded residents and visitors to a captivating evening dedicated to the island’s water and soil, created by design pioneers and innovators.

On Sunday, August 11th, from 8 pm – 11 pm, guest are invited to experience an informative and enchanting evening where nature and culture converge in the magical setting of Bibo Park, also known as the Ibiza Botánico Biotecnológico botanic gardens.

Under the theme “Living Water & Soil Day”, heARTechfest explores different topics to explore “beyond human-centric” organic living with presentations and products that support nature and cultural regeneration.

They include:

  • Saving water with pleasure: Discover and test the product that triples water pressure while saving 70% of water.
  • Wash with no waste: Explore biodynamic products that wash your dishes to nurture the island’s soil.
  • Frequency medicine gifting: Walk away with our water gift tuned with 15k frequencies for self-healing.
  • Magic Music Carpet Massage: Immerse yourself in a music bed and recharge body with bioresonance beats.

Another highlight of the evening will be the { FLOW } GUQIN Concert with Wu Na.

Discover why NASA chose “FLOW” to represent human civilization. Experience ancient GUQIN harmonic sounds with Wu Na in Ibiza, a family-friendly, 40-minute event at the Avatar Garden in Ibiza Botanic Garden that introduces ancient Chinese literati tea culture and healing music to Ibiza.

Part of the heARTechfest team, curator and organiser Sangye says, “I was inspired by the history of St. Florence church, when every villager offered resources available to them to support. Today, nature is our church and we want to bring that awareness back, and bring soil and water in connection with daily life.

“We want to ‘celebrate Ibiza responsibly’, and stay in the roots of the islands’ heritage. For me, this is a participatory art form applied in experiential design, we truly wish to inspire the creative force of the island to focus not only on what is fun and joy, but also what is really important ant and necessary to prioritise: The water and soil issue, without adding panic and blame to the conversation.

“I am hoping this coming-together will spark the spirit of creative entrepreneurship as a practical path for a new collective, and we can continue to celebrate life as Ibiza knows the best – but with a touch of awareness, sensitivity and responsibility.”
