Forget magnolia wall paint and cream carpets; things are about to get LOUD in your home as London designer Henry Holland teams up with Habitat.

The creative behind British label House of Holland is turning the bold print artwork from his SS16 collection – which was inspired by cult movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas – into a limited edition range of textiles and upholstery for the interiors brand.

Henry says, “I recently bought my first house and am really getting into soft furnishings these days, so luckily this project has come just at the right time! It’s been a lot of fun translating our SS16 collection for a different creative industry, taking our 1970’s psychedelic, hallucinatory prints from the catwalk and working with new materials and techniques specifically for the home. I can’t wait for you to see it.”

From the teaser video posted on Habitat’s Twitter account, we can expect vibrant colours mixed with prints featuring leopard patterns, exotic leaves and bugs.

To say it with a House-of-Holland-style slogan, ‘We need it STAT, Habitat!’

House of Holland x Habitat will be available exclusively from Habitat London flagship stores and habitat.co.uk from May 2016.
