Live by design – not default – with Moxie’s Urban Reset
In a world where many of us feel like we have 50 different tabs open in our mind and like we are constantly reactive to life’s demands, Moxie’s Urban Reset offers participants a time-out dedicated to putting you back in the driving seat and building a pathway towards a more powerful and fulfilled version of yourself.
The immersive one-day retreat kickstarts a 90-day journey of personal transformation by analysing four key areas that deeply affect our happiness: physical and emotional wellbeing, our sense of belonging, fulfilment and security.
Based on an intricate psychometric assessment – the Moxie Index – completed before the event and analysed during a private coaching call, the Moxie Urban Reset retreat is designed to help you understand your highest values, what gives you a sense of purpose, and what truly motivates and fulfils you.
During a day of inspiring talks, honest reflection, immersive workshops and soulful rituals, you create a deeply personalised action plan for the next 90 days with the Moxie Experts.
Using insights from behavioural and neuroscience, performance and positive psychology as well as somatic exercises, mindfulness and ancient anthropic practices, Moxie’s ‘Dream it. Ditch it. Do it.’ method was built to combine science, soul and system in a holistic framework that inspires you to dream big, release self-sabotaging patterns and follow a clear strategic path towards your goals.
To help you stick to your plan beyond the ‘retreat bubble’, access to the Moxie Circle online platform and its inbuilt Moxie AI Coach is also included for daily support. Prompting you to regularly update your goals, action steps and ‘North Star’ vision throughout your 90-day ‘sprint’ towards a more aligned and intentional life, brief daily exercises such as intention-setting and reflections help to keep you on track.
Meanwhile, the Moxie AI coach is at hand to define – and re-define – your goals, move through challenging situations by gently steering you back on track, and update your action steps as you go along. Only ever a WhatsApp message away, the more you interact with the AI coach the more intricate and personalised your Moxie pathway will be.
The next Moxie Urban Reset will take place on Thursday, July 23rd, at White City House. Beyond London, Moxie is also hosting longer retreats in Ibiza – with the next Ibiza Reset scheduled for September 28th – October 2nd.

Reset stress and regulate your nervous system with Evolve Breathwork
One of the most powerful tools to improve our wellbeing, release stress and reset our nervous system lies within us: our breath.
Breathwork teacher and performance coach, Ramon Ghosh, lived a fast-paced corporate life as one of the UK’s top-ranked corporate intelligence professionals – while pushing himself physically to run 20+ marathons. He discovered the practice of breathwork when looking for a way to release the sense of internal pressure and adrenalin cursing through his body.
Through intentional breathing, we can clear out built-up stress and pent-up emotions. Breathwork boosts the immune system and helps us to feel calmer, clearer and lighter. It reduces overthinking, resets the nervous system, and improves our performance. And all of this is accessible to us at any time, and completely free!
Ramon offers private one-to-one sessions, regular group events and corporate training for people of all levels. Guiding them with patience and providing a sense of security, he has been commended for his compassion and calm.

Box your way to confidence at Flow State Fit Club
As a workout, boxing is known for its multiple health benefits including superior caloric burn, joint-friendly cardio exercise, full-body toning and improved balance and coordination. But joining a traditional boxing club can feel intimidating, especially to novices.
A new opening on the London wellness scene, Flow State Fit Club in Clapham offers a community-focused space to learn the ropes in a boutique group exercise training facility.
Founded by world-class British heavyweight boxer, Darren Sealy, and his business partner, Suj Pancratius, their vision for Flow State Fit Club is to help their community cultivate physical power, mental clarity and confidence through structured, intentional training.
As well as boxing classes, Flow State Fit Club also offers group training sessions for strength, performance, yin yoga and mat pilates. There are dedicated female boxing classes designed to empower women and make them feel not only more confident, but also secure by teaching practical self defence moves.
We enjoyed a boxing session with Darren ourselves, and in only one session were moved through a simple but effective routine that made us test our agility, strength and perseverance – in the best possible way!
We can totally see this London wellness community become a real hit!

Finding Quiet with Ciara McGinley
A former wellness journalist and editor, after years of working in the fast-paced media industry Ciara McGinley decided to retrain as a Meditation Practitioner and Sound Therapist before obtaining a Psychology MSc.
Now, she hosts regular mindfulness events in London that combine meditation, sound and nature to help participants unwind, relax and reconnect with themselves.
Ciara says, “My work draws upon the longstanding tradition of using nature to soothe and connect. Even if you live in a city, you can tap into the natural world to ground you through mindful walking, soundscapes or visualisation meditation.”
The Tribe team went along to one of Finding Quiet’s beautiful Nature Sessions at The Ministry, a seasonally-themed meditation and sound bath.
Lying down under weighted blankets in front of a screen that played quiet forest scenes, we went on a soothing visualisation journey led by Ciara’s calming voice.
Enveloped by the comforting vibrations of Ciara’s crystal bowls, we emerged from the sound bath an hour later feeling refreshed and recalibrated. After coffees and croissants with the group, we went home swinging a gorgeous goodie bag with treats from Vieve Beauty, Ancient + Brave supplements, and an ultra-light-weight Doze sleep mask.
A perfect London wellness morning!
Ciara McGinley is available for private sessions and events – for further information visit findingquiet.co.uk.
