She’s the epitome of effortless glamour, one of the fash-pack’s yummiest mummies, a yoga fanatic and her own best advert for thriving skincare empire Kora Organics.

Therefore any insight into how exactly model and businesswoman Miranda Kerr does it is always hugely intriguing to us.

Recently, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel told the British edition of Grazia magazine how she gets her culture fix, including her favourite books and music.

“On my bedside table I’ve usually got a few books. I’m currently reading My Promised Land by Ari Shavit and I’ve just read Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts,” Miranda, 31, said.

Known for her spiritual side, the Australian beauty also explained how she finds inner peace when jetsetting around the globe.

“I use a mediation app called Chakra Clearing by Doreen Virtue, PhD. It’s great and she has morning and evening meditations, so I try to do both,” the mother-of-one revealed.

Talking about the soundtrack that gets her going in front of the camera, Miranda added, “On a shoot, I like to listen to Animals by Martin Garrix, Pompeii by Bastille, and I also like Dr Dre, Billie Holiday and Ed Sheeran. I make playlists all the time on iTunes.”
