After a wildly successful debut last summer, world-famous chef, restaurateur and author Yotam Ottolenghi is set to return to the romantic Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel for one night only on Saturday, August 10th 2024.
Taking place in the enchanting Vegetable Garden of the renowned hotel, a five-course sharing dinner that combines the sun-kissed, fresh produce of the White Island with Ottolenghi’s flair for colourful and flavoursome Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine awaits.
Gourmets who attend the special culinary experience can look forward to savouring dishes such as confit tomatoes with lemon yoghurt, Urfa chilli and oregano, smokey grilled red peppers with marinated golden raisins, capers and almonds, and black lime beef skewers with butterbean mash and sumac onions.


Prepared by Ottolenghi and his team in his unmistakable style, the organic ingredients for the five-course sharing dinner will be freshly picked from the Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel’s Vegetable Garden fields, with non-vegetable produce sourced locally. The feast will be accompanied by a complementary selection of local wines.
The evening will start with welcome drinks and music under an ancient umbrella pine tree before guests make their way through Atzarò Agroturismo Hotel’s flowering grounds to the Garden Plaza, where they are invited to take a seat at beautifully decorated long wooden tables for an introduction to the evening delivered by Yotam Ottolenghi himself.
Throughout the evening, guests will be entertained by a traditional Flamenco show, and have the opportunity to meet Ottolenghi. They will also receive a signed copy of the skilled kitchen master’s book, “Flavour”.
