There are many ways to watch the sun rise in Ibiza. But one of the most spectacular, surely, has got to be a serene sunrise yoga session high up on a rooftop overlooking the Balearic Sea.

One of the island’s most talked about openings of 2026, the five-star hotel’s stunning rooftop, Cloud 9, hosted its second sunrise yoga session with renowned teacher and former model, Verónica Blume.
Team Tribe got up bright and early to arrive at 06:50 am, just in time for the sun to appear from the waves at 07:09 am to breathtaking effect. A small number of yoga mats and blocks was already laid out for us.
After a warm welcome from Verónica, we started with gentle breathing exercise and soft stretches before the actress guided us through a peaceful and grounding sunrise yoga flow designed to create space for presence and connection.
A quiet moment of self-care to centre ourselves during the busiest time of the season, and enjoy the inimitable beauty of Ibiza from high up.
Afterwards, a colourful healthy breakfast with strong coffee, fresh juices and fruits, sweet little chia pudding pots and tasty salmon and avocado toasts awaited to refuel the body.
This second sunrise yoga session continued an initiative that will be held regularly at BLESS Ibiza The Site, integrating wellness experiences into a diverse agenda where every offering seeks to provide a unique and thoughtful way to experience Ibiza.
Verónica Blume is also set to be the second guest on “Unpacked,” the video podcast by Palladium Hotel Group, which has previously featured Ferrán Adrià and Paco Roncero.
