In a surprising (they are the first real life couple since Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to get their own shoot in the fashion bible), or maybe not so surprising (considering their combined fandom, social media power and ridiculous good looks) move, Anna Wintour has granted Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid a high fashion spread in her famously hard-to-get-into publication.
Lensed by no other than the legendary Testino, the resulting images are nothing short of jaw-droopingly stunning and even if you don’t want to believe the hype of Zigi (?) you can’t deny their natural chemistry and charisma.
Titled Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s Wanton Weekend in Naples, the sexy shoot sees the beautiful pair frolic around Italy in a selection of Victoria Beckham (for G) and Saint Laurent (for Z) garms… Sigh.
What with the strong post One Direction solo album and the super model girlfriend, haters should have plenty to hate on Zayn, who has, quite frankly, been killing it since ditching his boy band roots and girl band fiancée Perrie Edwards.
Love ’em or hate ’em, you can’t deny the boy keeps doing so, so good…
