You need:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup/150g of ground almonds
1 cup/140g of raisins
2 tsp of almond butter
Method:
Blitz the raisins in a food processor until they turn into a smooth paste, then combine with the other ingredients in a bowl. Kneed until they have reached a firm dough consistency and add a few drops of water if needed to make it sticky enough to shape the snack balls. Take small handfuls of the mixture in between your palms and firmly press and roll into balls.
